Military police claims and manifestations and dignity in the environment of work

Abstract

Public safety is one of the major social problems of the present time, corroborating with the problem of the lack of constitutional rights and guarantees that provide protection to the person of the police officer. The Military Police paralyzes are rare occurrences, but when they emerge, they cause worrying consequences for society. In the course of the claims, in function of absence ostensive policing, the population regresses to a barbarism disorder. Such movements, however, constitute one of the most powerful forms that the Military Police have to plead and present proposals that meet the class interests. In this case, the screen study used the deductive method, starting from the general panorama of the protests for the analysis of the legislation, for proposals of public hearings and associations as means to seek the realization of the right
